To combat the menace and to spread awareness about the perils of drug abuse SDM uri SDPO Uri SHO Uri Chairman civil society uri Shabir Ahmad chalkoo and Indian Army along with Team 360 conducted an anti drug rally followed by lecture in Uri .
The children made banners displaying the harmful affects of drug abuse. The rally was flagged off by SDM uri. The rally started from Uri Club and culminated at Kalapahar auditorium where lecture was conducted by sports coordinator Uri Mr Javed Buddoo. A total of 97 children participated in the rally.The event was highly appreciated by teachers and students.
